About Love Valentine

Joeanne Valentine pronounced as (Valen-teen) has been pursuing her career in Retail Distribution and Transportation for the past 15 plus years within California and New Jersey. The years can be summed up of training, managing, and learning an extensive amount of knowledge with Luxury brand accounts. Her critique overtime has been understanding customer expectations, quality control, importing and exporting, pack and ship methods, warehouse startups along with managing day to day office and warehouse operations.

With all of her skills and expertise within the Logistics Industry it has become the perfect opportunity to leave her career behind and to pursue the path of her true passion which is opening her own business. Bringing designer jewelry and statement piece candles to life.

We all feel happy with the sparkle of jewels the way it looks and shines and who doesn’t love a gorgeous candle... UMM HELLO THE OBVIOUS EVERYONE!

Her desire and dream all began while Joeanne Valentine was growing up in Brooklyn, New York.
An idea to create a love for jewelry, fashion and candles has been thought of for far too long.

Customer Return Policy
Each Merchant on LiveShopBuy has his or her own return policies, which should be outlined in their own Shop Policies and you must be careful when making purchases as not all Merchants accept returns or have the similar return policies.

If there is a need to return an item, you should first contact the local merchant that you purchased the item from to make sure it's returnable and where to return it too. Then login to your account dashboard in LiveShopBuy.com and click on RMA(Return Merchandise Authorization) and complete your request.

Shipping Policies

PLEASE ENTER YOUR SHIPPING TIMELINES / POLICY HERE!

Sellers must ship products as specified on the order. However, LiveShopBuy requires all sellers to ship products within ONE business day of receiving the order from LiveShopBuy. 

Sellers may allow pick-up in store locations or deliver the products using any of the approved LiveShopBuy shipper’s carrier, as long as the buyer receives their package within the expected time-frame for the shipping service they selected.
