Return Policies
Customer Return Policy
Each Merchant on LiveShopBuy has his or her own return policies, which should be outlined in their own Shop Policies and you must be careful when making purchases as not all Merchants accept returns or have the similar return policies.
If the merchant accepts returns for an item you purchased, you have up to a minimum of 14 days after the delivery of the product to return it as per the merchant's return policy. Some merchants may post a longer return periods additional return stipulations. The item should be in its original condition (unwashed and undamaged) with all the original packaging intact including all packaging, paperwork, manuals, tags, labels, cords, batteries and accessories.
Please note that you cannot return certain products, including clearance items, food products, beauty items, and products marked “Close Out” or "Final Sale." If there is a need to return an item, you should first contact the local merchant that you purchased the item from to make sure it's returnable and where to return it too. Then login to your account dashboard in and click on RMA(Return Merchandise Authorization) and complete your request.

Shipping Policies

Sellers must ship products as specified on the order. However, LiveShopBuy requires all sellers to ship products within two business days of receiving the order from LiveShopBuy. 

Sellers may allow pick-up in store locations or deliver the products using any of the approved LiveShopBuy shipper’s carrier, as long as the buyer receives their package within the expected time-frame for the shipping service they selected.
