Joeanne Valentine pronounced as (Valen-teen) has been pursuing her career in Retail Distribution and Transportation for the past 15 plus years within California and New Jersey. The years can be summed up of training, managing, and learning an extensive amount of knowledge with Luxury brand accounts. Her critique overtime has been understanding customer expectations, quality control, importing and exporting, pack and ship methods, warehouse startups along with managing day to day office and warehouse operations.
With all of her skills and expertise within the Logistics Industry it has become the perfect opportunity to leave her career behind and to pursue the path of her true passion which is opening her own business. Bringing designer jewelry and statement piece candles to life.

Her desire and dream all began while Joeanne Valentine was growing up in Brooklyn, New York.
An idea to create a love for jewelry, fashion and candles has been thought of for far too long.

EXCHANGES & RETURNS
Exchanges and Returns are to be made within 7 days of receipt of your package.
For Exchanges: send an email notifying the item to exchange size and color.
For Returns: send an email request for a Return Authorization #. You will then receive a RA# to enter on your return shipment. No returns are to be shipped without requesting a RA#. All returns must be shipped in the original packaging, not worn, used or damaged. A credit will then be issued within 7 days once the return is processed and placed back to inventory.
All sales are final.
Shipments will be shipped through one of multiple carriers USPS, FedEx or UPS. Once the package is shipped you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. This will allow you to track your package efficiently.
