Each Merchant on LiveShopBuy has their own company return policies, which should be outlined in their own Shop Policies on the website and you must be careful when making purchases as not all Merchants accept returns or have the same return policy. If the merchant accepts returns for an item you purchased, you must abide by their policy which can be found in the company profile page. The minimum that we recommend is 14 days after the delivery of the product to return it as long as it's in sellable condition unless otherwise stated by the specific Merchant (some merchants may post a longer return period of time. Additional return stipulations and some might have no return policy at all on certain items). The item should be in its original condition (unwashed a d undamaged) with all the original packaging intact including all packaging, paperwork, manuals, tags, labels, cords, batteries and accessories. Most Thrift store and used items are non-refundable unless "Dead-on-arrival". 

 Please note that you cannot return certain products, including clearance items, food products, beauty items, and products marked “ Close Out ” or "Final Sale."

 If there is a need to return an item, you must contact the local merchant that you purchased the item from to receive and RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. 

Please be aware that:

  • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable
  • Reward points are credited back only if you request the return using the RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) option in our LiveShopBuy customer dashboard. When the merchant receives the returned item and issues a credit through the RMA system your reward points are automatically restored.
